Thanks Dave, I just recently bought jojoba oil for my skin and hair, so maybe I can use that with whatever essential oils are recommended.

Hi Jenna,

I've heard that some essential oils are considered to be helpful to stimulating the circulation in the scalp (induced by the irritation). I have also heard that some EO's should by necessity be diluted in a carrier oil (such as jojoba), lest they irritate your skin so badly as to cause a burn. But I am not familiar with which oils these are.

Sorry I can't be more helpful. Maybe someone else here has more knowledge on this topic.

Does anyone here believe certain essential oils stimulate the scalp and cause faster hair growth? I believe rosemary and mint were two I've seen recommended. Thank you.
