How exactly do you know if you got a hard or soft brush. i had this brush for a while, it feels kinda hard kinda soft too. will it say hard on the box or somethin? holla back

U gotta feel da bristles before u buy it. Same happen to me tho, when i go 2 da store i pick out the brush that feel the hardest.

dunno it may say hard but mines say Firm. I hardest brush i had came from walgreens.
