It's the pattern from continuos brushing. Your hair will get 'trained' into the wave pattern. Eventually the wave pattern will get deeper and more visible and the waves on each part of yo head will connect, thus forming... 360 waves!

If you brush enuf it won't do that. I also think that pomades and gels as well as durags help the hair stay in the same position as the way u brushed it.

Well after u been brushin for a while yo hair will get straighter and more tame. You won't fuk it up cuz it will look good. After yo hair gets straighter you will start to see waves forming.
