I was just wondering, I brush like all day every day 24/7. When I'm not using my hands or sleep, I'm brushing, But I was Wondering, Is brushing that much bad for your hair? Sometimes after brushing that much my head hurt.
But that could just be me.

My pops tell me that my hair will fall off but my mom tell me that my hair will grow faster and I'll have to keep getting haircuts and make the barber rich. She said back in the day the women used to brush each spot 100 times before they go to bed cause it will nourish your hair follicles
