Ok here is the deal, I have been craving long hair for years now, but I have no advice on how to get it there. I dont care what style, wavy, straight, messy, or whatever as long as its long....like shoulder length at least. The problem is my, hair is thick and poofy and mushrooomy, and it has absolutely no bounce whatsoever. it as as hard as glue plz for god's sake help me on how to grow my hair out with this kind of hair.

you can either send you hair for some intesive moisturizing treatment coz its sound like your hair is thirsty for moisture. after this it will be more bouncy and shiny. you might want to get a haircut that allows the hair to grow long and nice. ask them to "thin" your hair, they wiull understand. you can also get your hair rebonded. this will cause you to have smooth and silky hair, if you want this style.
