I would have to agree. Try the bob first then if you are still feeling like making changes go for the pixie. I cut my shoulder length hair off about six years ago. It has taken me almost six years to find a short style that is easy and looks good but I finally did and now I wouldn't go back for anything. If anything I'll go shorter. You just have to take the chance and experiment.

Lexi: Kuroneko has a good idea about that. Try the bob cut first. If you like it keep it, - or you can go shorter to a pixie. To me a woman who is attractive with a short style can go as short as she likes and still look great, in fact very short hair can enhance her features by showing more of them.

You could do the bob first, and the pixie later, if you feel ready. That way you'll have a chance to try both the styles you like :-) . Playing with different styles is part of the fun.

So was I. Don't worry about it, just do it. Lots of women wear their hair very short and many of them look good. If you don't like it, you can grow it long again, it's just hair.

Sorry I did not specify how short. I am debating between an inverted bob with lots of layers or a pixie cut. But I am a little nervous to go that short, I have never had it that way.

I like dark-red hair. I've spent a lot of time in it myself, the past year or two. It fades fairly quickly, though, and I'm lazy about dyeing my hair, so that's kind of a pain. If you want to keep it really red, you'll have to have it done fairly often.

I think u SHOULD go short because i am too and i love short hair but i dont think u should get that color because i wanted something like that also but to many people already have their hair either died red or have reddish highlights or a reddish tint so thats the last color i want in my hair now.And if i do get it it'll just make me feel the same as everyone else and i dont want that either because i want to have my own individual look u know.

Yes, I have heard of Cherry Cola hair color. My wife is a natural blonde, and recently colored her hair cherry cola, and it looks fantastic. It is a great red color, more dark red, not orange at all. It is a great choice!

hi everybody! I was wondering if somebody could give me some hints for a new haircut. My hair is just below my shoulders, sorta wavy, and dyed blonde. I would like to have the salon dye my hair "cherry cola" (thats the name of the color) has anybody heard of it? And have them cut my hair much shorter than it is now. Please give me some suggestions for the cut so I can explain it to the stylist. What is it like going short for the first time? Thanks again
