Hey all, I also have a problem of how to wear my hair to school besides wearing it down or in a ponytail. I have really long black hair down to my waist. Everyone's been telling me I can do lots of things with it, but I need some 'dos that will only take around 5 mins. to prepare. Also I'm in a cadet program in which I have to put up my hair in a boring bun once a week, so I need some suggestions that will make it professional looking but easy to do. Thanx all!!

For school, you might want to try clipping some of your front pieces back with cute little butterfly clips. You can try clipping just two pieces down on either side of your part, or (if you have enough clips)try plling back the entire top half of your hair. Another style, kind of old but people still wear it sometimes, is the "topsy tail". It's made by pulling hair back into a ponytail, and then loosening the elastic a little (about an inch or so away from your scalp) and dividing thathair into two. Turn the ponytail backwards, down into the divided section and tighten.
You didn't say if your hair was curly or straight. If it's straight and you want a little change sometimes, you can try going to sleep with braids in your hair, anything from 1 braid to 4 might not be too uncomfortable and you'll get awesome waves the next day! I found that easier than trying to put in curlers, and sectioning my thick hair with a curling iron took forever (I never got every piece curled).
And for the bun, you can braid the hair and then wrap it into a bun, or,(if you're allowed) clip some butterfly clips down around the bun.

snipsnip snip i know that it sounds hard but holy f**k that is long and u really can`t do much with that much hair sory but try something new and don`t tell anyone but you`r stylest and watch the look on there faces!! snip snip snip
