I want to do a really funky new thing with my hair and I want to try highlights. But not just any highlightsI want streaks of pink, purple, blue, and green, so I want them to be temporary. Does anyone know how I can do that?

to highlight your hair in different colors you will have to get a highlighting cap and pull your hair through the cap. then put on the colors you want on different sections.( you can buy the kind that washes out.) in my town they sell all different colors at Sally's.
