I love girls with bob anywhere from a couple of inches above the shoulder to just below the ears with bangs. I actually have my hair cut in a bob just below my ears with bangs and love it. Nothing better than a pretty girl with a nice pretty bob.
Guys like a lot short hairstyles, in particular short nape. It's great to see a short nape on a girl. U should go for a layered bob with a short nape ;-) But please, don't try a pixie !

Right. Guys go for what YOU want. Because if you have the haircut that makes you feel as desirable as you want to be, believe me guys will pick up on it. You'll give out better vibes and the thing will snowball. So go for whatever you feel makes you feel best about yourself.

I`m not a guy, but I`ll bet any girl with enough confidence to wear her hair as she wishes without bending over backwards trying to please others will almost always win!

okey...i prefer long hair on a girl...but as the person said before me i have seen many girls with pixie cuts that i thought looked really good (i would had never thought i myself would had ever said that hehe.) So if you believe the haircut will look good on you, guys will most likely believe it looks really good on you to (unless of course if they are just totally stubborn;/)

Okay, my likes are long straight hair with either no bangs or very few bangs, usually the longer, the better. And neat classic bobs, one length or angled. An excellent example of a good bobbed head is the blonde (from the 60s?) on the <> ads. I also like hair to be natural, ideally with no dyeing, bleaching or streaking. I like it when girls are happy with who they are.
Which brings me to another point - I essentially aggree that you should do what you feel is good. It`s nice to do some things to please the opposite sex, and if you like the change you`re planning, go for it but don`t force yourself, or allow someone to force you.

I don`t think there is much doubt that if you surveyed a large number of guys, there would definitely be a majority that would say that they prefer girls with long hair. To back up this, all I have to say is to look at the popularity of Anna Kournikova, the tennis player. She is nothing special with a racquet, but has 10 time the amount ofboys & men chasing after her/trying to see her play, than any other woman on the tour...what is so special about Anna?? Well she has gorgeous blonde hair down beyond her waist! I am also one of the guys who thinks longer hair looks much sexier on a girl and not to mention that there is a lot more fun to be had with it than with short hair.
I`m going to say what most everyone else has said: guys like girls with confidence. If you like how you look, that`s all that matters. Don`t worry about what others think of your hair. If they don`t like your hair (or any other thing about you), then you don`t want to be with them anyway.

I happen to think that whatever is natural is beautiful, curly straight wavy or whatever, and its the girls choice, you shouldnt be pushing these girls into getting a disgusting perm just so that they can out with you! Perms are permament, so what happens when you dump her, she is stuck with something she might not even like. you sad sad man. :|

Mr. Kaingrum, we all have likes and dislikes, but come on. You would only date someone who does something fake to herself (for almost no one has natural ringlets!) ? The posters above have valid points. Don`t expect girls to modify their natural attributes for you. That is really taking it too far. Also, permanent waving of the hair is known to be unhealthy. I have heard of terrible "accidents".
I guess I`m a guy, bu don`t look at me for advise cos, I`m nowhere near normal, anywho I`m still a guy so I`m posting
I like a female who has hair thats quite long- mid chest length and dark brown or black, or shorter hair- about chin length, with various lengths around the head, thats dark brown or black with a few straks of white, or red or somthing through it, I like to see control alsp:)
But most important, it should look that the beholder is comfortable and happy with the style, and that it suits their lifestyle/their needs
