I died my hair a bunch of times and i mean it looks pretty and all, but im sick of deing it when any spot of roots show at all. I was reading an article and they said that Rusk Elimin8 Color Corrector can work but what exactly is that. And i know u can get it done in a salon but thats about thirty to fifty dollars and i dont have that money to spend on my hair. Im willing to try anything if it dosen`t ruin my hair. But the problem is that i have perminlty died my hair about 4 times just trying to find the right color, im sick of deing my hair.

Instead of Dying it, why don`t you take the colour out by stripping it? Or do you not like your natural colour? Stripping does cost a lot but at least you don`t have to worry about roots.
Next time you dye your hair dye it close to your natural colour than its not that noticable when its growing out.
Or streak (highlight) your hair, it will give you a change and it too isn`t as noticable when growing out!
I don`t know what else to say, except if you like your hair the colour you dyed it buy another box the same colour and redye it. There is types on the instructions on how to do your roots without wasting all the dye.
Princess Daisy- I have tried dyes and every color close enough, im sick of deing hair and i dont want to do that anymore. What is stripping ur hair? thanxs - jess
Stripping is taking all the coats off your hair (including dye) It can be damaging to your hair! Your colour may not be exactly the same as you remember it though!
I would talk to your hairstylist. I don`t know how stripping damages your hair, I just know it damages pretty well...(I wanted to strip my hair thats how I know its damaging)
