Hey, I am thinking about having my hair (which is just below the shoulders, straight, and a dark honey blonde) highlighted all over in red. Not orange red or punk red...more auburn. Do you like blondes, brunnettes, or redheads better?

Don`t waste your/your parents` money. There is nothing wrong with dark honey blond hair - this even sounds quite nice. With all the highlighting going on around, dark blondes are becoming a rarity. Highlights usually make hair look messy. Anyway, if I were asked what my absoloute favorite color of hair is, it`s an extremely rare auburn blonde. However, I like other blondes, light brunettes and redheads about equally, even dull ash blondes. As a matter of fact, most colors of hair look nice at one point or another. But Asian, black and hispanic people naturally have dark hair, and if they try to change it, it looks wierd (some may flatly disaggree, but Jennifer Lopez has ruined her luxuriant dark locks with streaks, which clash with her dark skin). I wish people would like the color of hair they were born with more.
Trust me what eva u do dont die it... i died my hair and i mean it looks fine and all but i wish i hadent i want my natraul color back.. plus it totally ruins ur hair... it makes it extremly dried out.. completly.. plus u hav to deal wit roots.. so if i were u i would not die it . trust me

Funny, but many redheads I know despair of their "carrot tops", saying they would wish for any other colour. A friend also said she`d never have a ginger boyfriend due to the potential red-headed children! Personally I like redheads. My wife is one and I`ve dyed my own red before now. Only thing is, I`d use henna powder as opposed to harsher chemical treatments. It`s messy but more natural and better for the environment.
