What is shorter than supershort? I had a cute 2- 2 1/2 inch emo-spikey- thing going on and it looked GREAT, then I went in for a trim and the lady hacked off an INCH! an INCH!
So I sure HOPE short is super hot this year, because I`ve certainly got it :-) (oddly enough, it still looks cute! i just need it to cover my weirdo-ears :o)

well, yeah. supposedly long hair is in this fall, especially brunettes. you never know, last year it was redheads. Next year bobs and chopped locks could be the hot look. although faith hill and others have chopped thei locks recently

On the catwalks, I am seeing more than the usual wearing short hair (you will always have the long hair ones) They are showing some with short bangs (yea). I`m not sure there is a "current" style yet - fashion people feel they have to change it from season to season.
