Hm, that depends..
if the guy has full,thick hair (maybe wavy) and looks after his hair (!) I`d prefer it long. Otherwise I also like short hair on guys.
Important to me is that it is well cared for and suits the gentleman wearing it. I mean, who wants to touch oily hair :-(
There is not only black and white, there is also grey
