hi u people here i m 20 ys guy i had gr8 hair about 3 ys back which i never felt proud of it was jet black n super shiny but all of a sudden in an years time when i stop washin it properly i got dandruff in my hair n the quality of my hair came down drasticlly . i don`t know any thing how do i get my orignal hair back i wash it 2 times a week . have started wearin a cap when i go out . but that`s not enough i have been doin this for about 5 month now but there has not been much change in the condtion of my hair i need some tips for my hair. can any one help me get really cool hair . please help me with what ever u would like to share with me as to what my hair requires .

try using head and shoulders with mint in it...it smells real strong when your using it, but it`s not as noticeable when your hair dries, and it works really well to get rid of dandruff

Yeah, head and shoulders should work. Also, you should really wash your hair more often, because it will clean your scalp and lower the amount of dandruff. If it’s really extreme, you might have to cut your hair short, and then hopefully it will grow back healthier.
