Men can take pills made for only women without really any negative side effects. There really isn't that much difference between the sexes as far as pills go.

GNC Ultranourishair is good for anybody. It has basic vitamins & minerals (good for anyone) with extra doses of the stuff good for hair. It works for me!

I believe there is Ultra Nourishair for men, also. Even if there isn't one, it can't hurt.

I saw hairtopia vitamins and i know they work but i was like "Damn That stuff be too damn expensive!!".I want to speed up my hair growth so i want to know if there is any other cheaper hair growing vitamins that are more affordable and do help your hair growth.

By the way ,would rogaine help your hair grow?
