i kno how to do the messy bun Put your hair in a pony tail and then keep wrappin ur hair around the hair band and keep doin it intil it looks messy and then take another hair band and wrap it around the bun well thats how i do it

I reall like the look, but don't know how girls do it. Can anyone help out?

Also, I have hair lenght a little lower then my shoulders, and its B-O-R-I-N-G....I was orignally going to get it razor cut, but I've heard too many bad things about it. What are some cute layered looks for teens? Also, do you know of any websites that offer pictures of hair-do's, styles, and cuts?
