I need some help on how to cut my hair a certain way. Of course I'm not going to be cutting it myself but I would like to know how I would go about doing this.
The hair style in both pics is the same, it's just that one is done up and the other is relaxed:
done up- http://www.geocities.com/jehuty012000/hisashi_wallpaper.jpeg
relaxed- http://www.geocities.com/jehuty012000/hisashi359glay.jpeg

And what hair products and tools would i use to do these? I heard something about a flat iron from a friend.

- Thanks!

First you'll want to get the right cut; the best thing is to take that pic to a hairstylist.. Gorgeous pics by the way. Who is that?

I suppose a flat iron would work to get the layers an even lineup and shine, but it would totally fry your hair if you have fine/dry/damaged hair. (A flat iron, or any iron, was not originally designed for daily use) I'm sure you'll end up using some sort of smoothing serum as well. All in all, this hairdo is very high maintenance.

Just some things to keep in mind.

Hey! I was randomly searching for how to do my hair like Tono''s and I came accross this website lol...I actually DID cut my hair like Hisashi. I''m a big Glay fan and also J-rock in general, and he definately has some of the best hair. If you have a good stylist like I do, just take a picture! I took about 3 or 4 pictures of Hisashi and he was able to make it look perfect. Just be sure to take more than one so they can figure out which style would look best on you. It''s easy to get Tono''s haircut but it''s extremely hard to style like he does. I''m positive he uses a flat iron and lots and lots of gel. His blue hair is actually from the gel he uses, not his hair color. So yeah just be sure to take pictures for the cut and get it layered. I suppose the best way to TRY to style it like Hisashi would be to blow-dry it upside down (sounds weird but it adds more volume) and then gel it. I''m sure hairspray would help, too. Email me or IM me or whatever if you want. I LOVE talking to other Glay fans, especially Glay fans who like Hisashi! heh
