A couple of things that help -- use a diffuser when you dry your hair. Don't brush it. Just scrunch it. You should be able to find some curl-enhancing shampoos and styling products at Wal-mart or your local drugstore.

Check out http://www.naturallycurly.com. You might find some info, advice and product recommendations to help you turn those waves into curls.

My user name is WAY too long. Just call me Juliana. :-)

Y dont u get a perm.. Those things still work just get one with the big rods.. I used to have semi curly hair and I got a perm about 8 years ago and I can really say that i loved it and i never had to get a perm again it changed the way my hair grew.. try it,, if u dont wanna do a perm with the chem try a froggy perm first ( u do the perm roler thing but instead of using the chem u use a spay gel and lots of hair spray, sit under the dryer and well thats what it will look like untill u wash it. if u like it then do it again but with the real deal.... Make sure u pick a product that is right for ure hair meaning it dosnt flake.. or look nasty when u take out the perm rods hope this helps.....
