Hey Cher! No, I've never seen the Tea Tree variety but I'll be looking for it now because I do love tea tree oil and have used it in many other applications. Like you said the Nature's Gate line is so modestly priced that you can really experiment at will and see what works well for you. I'm so pleased that my advice has worked out for others too. Take care!Best wishes,Dawn

I found a healthfood store that will order every variety of the Nature's Gate. The clerk said there is also Awaphui and a Tea Tree variety. With all Dawn mentioned, there seems to be alot to test out. I figure each payday..to buy a shampoo and matching condtioner and test each one. Since Dawn is having great success with the Jojoba.. that will have to be my next purchase. I like the fact that the herbal shampoo has no dyes and tho it's green, it's natural. Like Aveda is gold but not because of a red #2 and yellow #5..etc.. I go with all natural whenever possible. Dawn..have you ever used the tea tree variety? My husband suffers from dry scalp and I have heard tea tree is great for that.. Cher>> Hi Deb! I have tried the Herbal. Dawn has tried a few of the other kinds..seems her family has been using this product for a long time. Maybe she can shed more light on the other varieties. I have the Jojoba on order.. Like I said..it's a great product for the under 5 buck range. I just wanted to post my results from using Nature's Gate apart from the pre-conditioning treatment of Aveda's Beautifying Oil. I got good results from yesterday's test. My hair is very soft and tangle free. As I have posted before, I had used the Nature's Gate Herbal Shampoo but had not gotten ahold of the conditioner. Then came my love affair with Aveda. I also posted that I had bought the Nature's Gate for my husband and decided to give it a shot. I think it's a great product for the money. Like some people who think Shampure is masculine smelling, I felt the same about the Nature's Gate Herbal Shampoo. I think it's just the aromatherapy smell. Anyway..the Nature's Gate Conditioner smells great and I love the consistency of it. Just like Dawn says..the ingredients sound great..alot of natural stuff and not alot of words that you have no idea what they mean!! I envy Laura Jane on being able to figure that stuff out... :-) Anyway.. I am looking forward to trying out the Jojoba line. I will end with this little story. My husband, who never pays any attention to what shampoo he uses..he just grabs one off the shelf and away he goes. We had run out of the Nature's Gate shampoo for a few days. Then I had bought both the shampoo and the conditioner and instead of putting it on the shelf, I put them in my secret cabinet with my Aveda goodies. Well..he used the Biolage in the shower, and while shampooing he hollered at me over the glass doors.. hey what happened to that "green shampoo" we had? Very surprised, I asked him if he meant the Nature's Gate and he said yes.. I asked him why he liked it..and he said he loved the way it made his hair feel. He has very wavy hair..almost curly. I let him know it was in the cabinet with my hoarded goodies. If you knew my husband, you would know that his very mentioning of the product is a great compliment!! ;-) Cher
