Wow, I've been there. It's frustrating waiting for hair to grow. There is no definitive proof that any vitamins will make hair grow faster. With that said I have to admit that I am a firm believer that vitamins and good nutrition do help your hair grow at it's own optimum rate. Some things to try are:Kelp (in powder or capsule) Flax Oil (use on salads, popcorn, etc. Do not use to fry) Silica (in capusule or gel) Seaweed (I'm just starting to eat this)I make a nutritional drink in the morning consiting of:1 banana 1tbl kelp 1tbl alfalfa powder 2tbl flax oil 2tbl silica 1tbl wheat germ 1tsp bee pollen pineapple juiceThis way I get lots of nutrition without having to pop too many pills (gag!). Take a good multi-vitamin and eat lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, fish. Lean chicken and beef are also good for protein. Exercise (don't ask me why/ I don't know) is good for hair growth. So is sleep. I haven't heard that hair stops growing after a certain length, but I have heard that for some people it appears to stop growing because their hair get brittle at the ends and starts breaking off. Check out Karen's information on cutting by the phases of the moon.Don't stress yourself out to much (bad for hair growth). Buy some hair accessories to tie your hair back and as every month goes by it will get better.
