I'm starting to think that all these "Hair Vitamins" and remedies really don't work. I think we maybe just looking for answers and hoping they will. I've tried a lot of things as well and have really not found anything to work this far. I do think that some of these things may help your hair to grow stronger but not faster. However, there are a couple of other things I am going to try and then I'm just gonna let nature takes it course. I've been wondering about Nioxin. I have tried the Murad shampoo, conditioner,and hair treatment but didn't see a difference. It dried my hair out. I think the Murad maybe just for people who are losing thier hair. Is this the purpose in Nioxin too? I might try some soon. Where I shop, they have a huge display of it and I've always been curious. Is it expensive? Thanks again, Jenn H.> growing hair. Has anyone tried taking Silica to grow their hair? I am thinking of getting some and wanted to know what kind to get and where. Does it really work? Is it water-soluable? (in other words, can you overdose?) How much should you take for best and safe results? I have just read a lot on this board re: Silica and was curious about the specifics?Thanks, Jenn H.
