Hello. I need some advice on getting a perm. I would like to have a perm done so that I end up with kinky-tight curls. If my hair is short (3-4 inches) what is the rod size that I should have used on me? Also, does anyone have any recommendations of a perm that will work really well on hard-to-curl hair such as mine? Thanks for any advice you may have.
