When I started researching nutrition for hair growth about a year ago, bee pollen kept coming up. It is a very nutritionally dense food that is very high in b-vitamins. It is also usually relatively expensive. Another option would be to include brewers yeast instead of or with the bee pollen. This is also very high in b-vitamins as well as other vitamins, but doesn't taste really great.I found alot of nutritional information on the Lousie Marie Longhair site. Unfortunately I don't have the address, but you can probably find it using a search engine. There is no chat board, but there is some good information.Happy growing!
