How does it healthier??I've used olive oil in my hair and about the only thing that I've noticed is that it brings out the reddish tint in my hair. I've had better results with jojoba oil. I use the Queen Helene jojoba oil, but I'm having trouble finding it. I like the way it leaves my hair; shiny and healthy.

What I do is put a small baggy of it inside very hot water and then let it sit for a while. Then I saturate my dry hair with the oil and leave it in a shower cap for a while. Some people add a hot towel but I can't. Then I shampoo and condition the ends.
