I have a short layered hair cut, about 4 inches in length where the layers are. the ears are not "cut out" the hair falls over them a bit. The bangs fall down below my eyes when pulled. My hair is dirty blonde super thick and coarse, with no wave, but it does not lay flat without a lil work. I am goign to try and grow this out and need to know how often to have it cut, what to ask for when they do, as I do not have a particular style in mind yet. Why, because this hair is so thick I give up. I got to a layered above the shoulder length bob, but my hair was way to heavy, which made me get it chopped.

This look would be for someone always on the go, whereas you could just wake up, run a comb through it, and go and look like you just stepped out a salon.
