Also, I would advise using lukewarm water to wash and condition, and a shot of colod through it at the end of your rinsing, right at the end of your session.

Maybe since you are coloring you could deep-condition once a week-that's what I have read. Careful using too much protein pacs, overdoing can have detrimental effects. Also, if you use a hot oil treatment, make sure that it actually CONTAINS oil!:) Some don't. They ate considered deep-conditioning treatments as well, so use them as stated above-I was told to alternateone week with oil, the next with a deep-conditioning pac. Blot-only with a towell, don't rub hair with it or it can cause breakage. Of course, wide space combs or picks for detangling damp hair.Hope this helps.
Sounds like you're doing a great job to me! The only htings I can think of are maybe trying a deep conditioner once in awhile and take it easy with the blowdryer (if you blow-dry now!)Regina
I have long blonde color-treated hair. I take very good care of it. I get regular color and trims. My shampoo is working great. Is there anything else I could do to help keep my hair in its best condition?
