Hey everyone!I heard about this technique on the Naturaly Curly website. Julia Margolis (curly head from ER and I apologize if I mispelled the name!) uses seawater to control her curls.I have noticed that after I go swimming in the ocean my culrs are pretty well controlled and defined. What I am wondering is if there are any other stylists or people that have used this technique? I'm not about to go and fill a million bottles with ocean water since there is a great deal of tar in the ocean by my house. Could I just mix Seasalt with water and achieve the same affect? If so what is a good ratio to use?????ThanksRegina

If anything, I would say this would dry out your hair, making it frizzy and uncontrollable. There are plenty of products on the market today that I'm sure would be better for your hair.
