I say don't get a retouch. Just make sure to deep condition, and oil your hair. Go with the natural curls. I am trying so uch to get where you are in terms of new growth. It's been about 3.5 months. I want to get to about 2-3 inches of new growth and then the relaxed part is coming off. Freeeeeeeeedommmmmmmmmmm!!!!1

Try taking horsetail. It's a pill and it works wonders! I use it and after a couple of weeks of use, you cannot tell that I have new growth. It makes the hair so much more manageable and shiny.I wouldn't try Copa. Remember Rio? Too many different products will ruin your hair. Try Artec moisturepack also. It's wonderful. With the horsetail and the moisture pack, I went two months without a retouch and you could not tell that it had been that long. The pack helps with moisture and it detangles. I understand your problem. Try these and e-mail me to tell me how they work. I have other suggestions also!If all else fails, see a good hairdresser to get your touch up.Hope this helps.> I've made some serious hair blunders (RIO, Feria hair> colors, over processing with relaxers, etc). I've made some serious hair blunders (RIO, Feria hair colors, over processing with relaxers, etc). I want to leave my hair alone for a while. I have about 2 inches of new growth and it is growing out hard and crunchy. Does anyone know of any treatments or softeners for ethnic hair? I was going to try Copa, but I'm afraid. Anyone know of anything natural? I can't even run a comb through it.
