Dear Val,To answer your post (and your e-mail), Viviscal is expensive because the refining process is very complicated. Unlike H37, an interesting-looking product which appears to work by putting together several different vitamins to give a broad range of nutrients, Viviscal contains only a few, specific nutrients. The main unique thing about Viviscal is that it is -not- nutrition alone. The tissues around your hair follicles tend to harden up, making it harder for them to receive -all- nutrition. Viviscal is the only product I know which safely loosens that tissue, so that nutrition can go through. As you can imagine, this very specialized formula is much more expensive to manufacture than a mix fo relatively common ingredients. This is, of course, not to denigrate H37, as I have not seen it in action at all. It is just to answer your question.Jeff MachThe Aurora Group
A couple of months ago, I had about 10 inches cut off my hair. I had been wanting to grow it to my waist forever, but too many bad color jobs had made it extremely dry and easily tangled. So, I decided to cut it just above my shoulders and start over -- no coloring this time!About a month ago, I started taking the Hair Growth 37. My hair has grown an inch and my nails have never looked better. People at work have remarked on how fast my hair has grown and how good it looks. One woman the other day said I looked like a "Breck Girl"!!I've also switched to a high-protein, low-carb diet and have never felt better.I plan to continue taking the Hair Growth 37 for as long as I can, and using Natures Gate products. That seems to be a successful combo for me.Related Link:Bowers-Bahney Communications
> Hi Jeff, I will try to keep my progress posted. As you know I switched from Viviscal to H37. The problem that I had with the Viviscal is the price. I only took it for two months. It may have worked if I had taken it for at least four months like your board said. I know it has to build up in your system. I would love to have 1.5 inches of hair growth a month. Why is your product so expensive? Is it because you have to ship it here from Finland?

I've been taking it for close to a month now and am pleased with the results. The only problem is, the Step 2 pills are so large, they usually make me gag! I've been trying to take 6 a day for optimal growth, but it's really hard! Has anyone else had this problem?Related Link:Bowers-Bahney Communications
