Has anyone tried the new(?) All Soft line from Redken? I tried the concentrate this weekend and it's really great. My hair is thick and coarse and as it's gotten past shoulder length I've been looking for something that doesn't weigh it down as much. Well the All Soft concentrate worked fairly well, it makes it kinda downy soft and is heavy enough to keep my hair under control, but without being too greasy. My only complaint was that my hair seemed to tangle a bit easier, but the tangles also came out easier. I'm going to go back and try the shampoo and conditioner as well. Anyone eles have any experience with it?-jennifer j(Hi, Karen, remember me? I've been so busy, I rarely have time to read/post anymore!!!)

I'm so glad someone else likes the All Soft line. I have thick, coarse, curly hair, and I love the Masque! It really leaves my hair soft and managable. I think that because it is so thick that most people don't like it. Also, the smell is different. I like the smell, but some people just can't use it. It is a product that is specifically geared toward people with a certain type of hair, so I usually don't recommend it to people-I'm glad it worked for you. I buy the Masque by the liter and use it about twice a week. I also like Aveda Deep Penatrating Revitalizing and Paul Mitchell Super Charged Conditioners-Renee> ive used the all soft shampoo and conditioner, and i> wasnt impressed. they might work better for you though

Hi there Jen,I bought the entire All Soft Kit about two months ago and have since passed it along to my mother! The smell is not all that wonderful, but if you aren't a smell person to begin with, you shouldn't have any trouble with it. I do beleive that the shampoo, conditioner and mask DO aid in making your hair more soft. My mother has very course, curly hair and she says it does make somewhat of a difference, but it isn't a miracle. Also, about the concentrate-- you proabably experienced tangles becasue there is a fixative in there--Sherry~> Has anyone tried the new(?)
