Three years ago I had long curly hair till I cut since then it has not grown. Does anyone know if Viviscal or HF37 will really make my hair grow and if it works can I purchase it in a store. Please help!

I had to write you because I'm a long-haired Nathalie, too. I have no experience with things to use ON your hair, since it only grows from the scalp.But try to keep yourself in the best, healthy condition you can, and try to use soft or distilled or otherwise good water when you wash your hair. Other than that I'm useless, except for sympathy. They say garbage in, garbage out, so take care of yourself ALL OVER.Are you sure it's not growing? Or are your ends splitting off at the same rate your hair grows? Mine does that or it'd be to my knees by now.RunningWild
