Can you please teach me the apple cider vinegar recipe for itch scalp? My scalp is a bit oily but it itches most when I pespire. Why is that?Oh yes will the solution cause my hair to stink?
Hi, ej!I think I recommended to Elisabella that she just use something like a Q-Tip to spread some apple cider vinegar throughout her scalp. You can do this, too. It's best to do this right before you shampoo. Also, something else which might help your scalp would be to do a regular apple cider vinegar rinse after the shampoo. Start with something like three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar mixed with a pint of water to see if that is strong enough.I think the sweat is salty and if your scalp is a bit irritated anyway, the scalp can feel even worse. It's strange, but people seem to complain of an itchy scalp from the dryness of the winter months and the excessive heat of summer months. Many people who do a lot of exercising and sweating all year round have complaints about the "itchies."The secret is to try to find things which will balance your scalp:)The apple cider vinegar should not make your hair stink. If anything, it should neutralize hair odors:)Bye for now,Jade21Can you please teach me the apple cider vinegar recipe> for itch scalp? My scalp is a bit oily but it itches> most when I pespire. Why is that?Oh yes will the> solution cause my hair to stink?
