I've recently seen an ad in a fashion magazine introducing Ogilve Home Straightening (brought back horror stories of the 70's home perms!) Has anyone tried this new product? I figured it's probably nothing more than a perm solution and it may do more damage than good to my hair.I'm causcasion with naturally curly hair & have in the past gotten it professionally straightened. If this works just as well, I'll try it. Comments anyone?

I used the Ogilve wave remover that I recently bought at CVS for my wavy, frizzy hair. The process took a while and it smelled bad but it cut down on my hair drying time and it is now much easier to get it straight. The frizz factor grew alittle bit, but i use spray shine to get rid of that. It isn't like the harsh treatments for black hair, it's for white people's hair so it's gentle.
