Hi,I'm wondering if anyone has used this product. It's billed as a temporary color. How quickly does it wash out? Does it cover grey? How often can you use it? Thanks!
hellothis is a unique product that coats, and imparts a very glossy shine to the hair. to effectively use it, however, you should have a professional blow dryer (like the kind you sit down and pull over your head). You can still use a common blow dryer, but the rsults are not really as good or thorough.Colourshines is very gentle on the hair, so you can use it frequently. It will lightly color grey hair, but it will not necessarily transform it to the colorshine you've selected (unless, perhaps, you use it very frequently). This is a deposit-only colour, so it wont lift your hair to a lighter shade. But it will give your hair a great gloss and shine, regardless of the color you use. depending on how it's applyed (with professional dryer or not) it will last maybe 24-40 shampoos.good luck :) silvie

>Silvie,Is this product the same as Sebastian Cellophanes? If I remember correctly, Cellophanes is a salon only product. I have seen several web sites where you can order the Colourshines. yes! it is the same thing! i think they just changed the name. if they changed the formula at all, it must have been minimal. it produces the very same results and is procesed in the very same way as cellophanes.:) silvie
I currently use Clairol's Glossings in Clear and have to use in combination another bottle of additive to the product. Do you have to add anything to the Cellophane, like a prompter or developer?
