Hi,There are several ways that you can do this. You can ask a friend or your hairstylist to tell you what shape they see or you can pull your hair back so that it is totally out of your face and cover it with a towel. Then look at your face in a mirror and study it closely. The towel will take away the distraction of your hair. You can also look at photographs or your face. One thing that I did once in a little makeover class was bring a copy of a photograph of my face at the direction of the instructor. She had us then cut the face out...leaving the hair behind. Based on the face it was pretty easy to see the shape. A strange experiment but it worked from the view of everyone being clear about their face and its good points and more challenging points.Once we cut the faces out she then had us analyze the shape of our noses and our eyes. It was actually a pretty cool class and I learned a lot about makeup and highlighting the good facial characteristics and the more challenging ones and how color can play a big part.Hope that helps.Best wishes,Karen> How do you determine your face shape?
