> Hello! Has anyone ever heard of using sea breeze on> the scalp to increase circulation? ThanksHi Peaches,My dad has used it on his scalp off and on for nearly 20 years. I've used it in the past too. If you ever try it, you'll see why some might say it increases circulation. Its mint properties really stimulate the scalp and you will really feel it. It has a very cool, tingling feeling.Kelly F.

Guys,Sea Breeze tingles because it contains menthol. That's a trick cosmetic companies use to make you think you're getting a "deep-down" clean. It also has a LOT of alcohol and is extremely drying. Please use caution when using it on your face and ESPECIALLY on your hair. I don't see how it could stimulate a scalp, but it might help control an extremely oily one.Ally
