Simone -I'm currently using Redken Shades EQ as a toner -1 oz Irish Cream and 1 oz Crystal Clear. This gives me a creamy blonde. Now, I'm looking for a permanent color to lift me to the same color, so I won't have to tone each time I touch up my roots. What permanent color do you suggest for medium brown regrowth - how about the level 10NA silk?

Hi Shawna,
I just found your post-Feb 2nd!!!!, I am not too familiar with EQ( maybe there is another Simone floating around), but I do know what your talking about, I would try Matrix Essentials Moderations in Lightest Blonde as I have had great success with this colour on gals with medium brown hair, this is a permanent tint & can be done at any salon that uses Matrix, but please tell them what previous colours that you have had done- don't want a disaster.Really sorry this has taken so long the new board & me don't get along well but I'm trying!!
