Kellie,If you have a rectangular face, you are probably missing volume in the style. What about a few shorter pieces around the face that blend in with the rest of the hair? Do you have bangs?Ally

There are many ways to put your hair up whether just casual or fancy or professional. You'll need to experiment by trying different styles and seeing how they look with your face shape. You can get pretty fast at making the different braids. One braid style I remember seeing in a book but forget the name of is that you make the braid sideways.. from one ear towards the other ear... (french braid), then continue to braid to the tips... then turn the braid around so that the tip meets the starting of the braid and pin the ends under some hair there. You'll have a circular braid resting on the rest of your unbraided hair.
I have let my hair grow out but do not want to get a perm and I have no style to do my hair in. I have colored it but nothing seems to hold when I curl it. I have a long square face and do not know what to do with it. Thank you Kellie
