Hi...

Actually I stopped taking Kelp several months ago when I started taking H37. Right now I take H37, I take 2 flaxseed caplets every morning with my breakfast, acidophilus as a preventive measure...and recently I have added extra B and C because I am getting over a horrible 13 day case of the worst flu I have ever had.

I used to buy the kelp at the local Whole Foods and would buy whatever brand they recommended at the time. I also used to eat Nori (seaweed sheets) as a supplement. I have stopped doing the Nori too.

There is not specific reason I stopped, it just seemed that the H37 was really doing good and I hate taking more pills than I have to. I still think Kelp is good for hair and skin.

Go to any health food store and ask them to advise you on the best buy.

Hope that helps.

Best wishes,
Karen

Hi!I've seen that you take kelp supplements for hair growth. Do you still take them and find them beneficial? What brands are good and what dosage is good for optimum growth? Thanks in advance.
