QuoteReplyTopic: Sick and Tired of my Hair Posted: January 19 2002 at 6:47pm
I am really sick and tired of my hair. It is about shoulder length and a little layered. The problem is that it is really really thick and gets really poofy. I will brush it and about one minute later it will turn completely wild again. I am tired of putting it up in a pony tail and want to leave it down, but have it look somewhat nice instead of very unruly. Any suggestions? I am about 5`5, with dark blonde hair, brown eyes, and 115 lbs. Thanks!
i have that same problem with my hair. my hair is about shoulder length and used to get really poofy all the time also. i used to have to keep it up all the time. my suggestion is to get some infusion 23 leave in conditioner. after every time you wash your hair, use a lot. then scrunch your hair with your fingers. use a little, only a little of gel. but, before it dries, style it. that has helped me alot!

mine is like that too! if i dont dry it straight down with a paddle brush and smoothing stuff it just poofs out. Will straighteners get rid of this? what if i get it cut shorter, will there be, well like, less of it to poof out? what about layers? :|
I`ve tired Frizz Ease-or whatever and it doesn`t work. It just made my hair gross and didnt even take the poof out. my hair is a little bit below my shoulders with a little bit of layer. And it gets poofy all the time. i just put leave in conditioner in it and blow dry it and it doesn`t friz out as bad for me!
