It probably has a violet base....but is this a boxed color from the drug store, or something from the beauty supply? I'd be careful with the boxed stuff from the drug store because you can't tell for sure what the base is just by the title or looking at the picture. Violet is also sometimes considered ash because it tones down yellow/brassiness in the hair.
Is your hair too ashy, or has a green cast? Or is it outright green? Orange is what you use when your hair is too green, but they don't make a lot of blondes with orange in them (that I remember), so you may wind up with a darker or redder color than you wanted if you try to go the orange route (especially if your hair just has a slight green cast, or is a natural looking ash shade). I wouldn't use orange unless your hair is outright very green (unless you want red hair).

Beige can be a combo of red/orange and violet or rose /orange and violet. It's a very specialized color and doesn't look good on everyone and doesn't look like beige clothing that is tan. And by the way you can have gray based Ashes and violet Ash too, not just green based, it just depends on the company.
