A little wave would be nice! The one Rene is wearing looks great. But, perhaps it has something to do with the movie. Perhaps in the script of Chicago it calls for specific styles. Has anyone seen the musical on Broadway or elsewhere??
Have seen the musical (caught a road company engagement as it swung through town) and the smooth bob is the appropriate style for Velma Kelly (Catherine`s character). It`s the same look that Bebe Neuworth wore on Broadway.
Not being a Broadway musical kinda guy, I was still won over with the stage show, which is enhanced by the interesting, kinda generic "multipurpose" set and the choreography. Will be interested to see how that translates to the movie, but as long as they keep the great songs, it should be pretty good.
