Looks like she definitely did cut it...
If she did, it looks pretty good. Better than the last pics wireimage has of her (not that they look bad at all either)

I knew Nia VERY briefly when we were both freshman at UCLA (she left school after 1 month), and she had the most beautiful long hair!

Believe me Gord when I tell you that you would have died to see her back then!

Well Gord, what can I say, it was thick, healthy, shiny, one length (no bangs), down to the top of her butt, that is after she had five inches cut off!
