It seems like the discussions on this board revolve around the little “it” girls and the “belles de jour.” I guess there is nothing wrong with this, but it would be refreshing to discuss some of the more timeless and proven celebrities on occasion. Having said that, I would be curious to know which hairstyle you all think looked best on Elizabeth Taylor. Her career spanned many decades and she sported many looks and styles from long to short. Personally, I think she looked best in “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.” She wore a shorter, but very elegant and feminine hairstyle at that time (circa 1958) and I thought she looked great. I am sure some of you will disagree.
Anyway, you might want to take a look at these galleries of Liz, if you are interested:
Oh I agree both with the idea of discussing timeless beauties such as Elizabeth Taylor and the fact that her Cat on a Hot Tin Roof hairstyle was one of her most flattering. I also liked her hair in the `80s during that brief period when she was very thin again and had kind of big, fluffy hair. I thought she looked very elegant and stylish. But then, she always is.

Hey! I liked the one that says Publicity Photo-1950...short, wavy, & very full. Actually, I like most of her looks from the early 50`s.....GOSH,she was a FOX back then! :)
