I don't know how long Pilar Montenegro's hair has been above bsl and how long she has had bangs, but she has them now as evidenced by yesterday's Premio Nuestro Latin Music Awards.

the photo of her in the cap is to dark to see here hair properly and the cap dos'nt help , the other pic of her with the fringe and blonder looks better , i agree neat dress though .

I think she wore a wig at the latin music awards, to bad she looked hot. As for the hat I normallly find woman in baseball caps very sexy, but for some reason she does not look good in a cap. If you can't keep your eyes off her dress then what about this pic?
