Amanda Bynes, Katie Holmes and Michele Trachtenberg- all successful in multiple films, all long hair holdouts. So who will cut her hair first, and when? Just getting some speculation out of you all, and maybe wishful thinking.

Oh luvmshort, you are so right! And unlike Buffy, or one of the "older" stars like Jennifer Love Hewitt, I think a super short pixie on her would become a real style rage!
Katie has been the same lenght for the most part forever but looks happy with the style she has, Amanda has been growing hers out, to bad she would look good with short hair, Michelle has beautiful healthy hair and has had a couple inch trim a while back, which I think every girl should do once and a while just so the ends are nice and fresh looking, nothing like the way fresh cut even healthy hair looks. So my guess is Michelle will go first followed by Katie then way down the line Amanda- like in a few years, and then it will be slow like Jennifer did with her hair cutting it in sections, shoulders, chin, jaw, ear then maybe a crop cut like when she is 21.

I've no idea why I clicked on this topic (actually Michelle is the name of a girl I like so I'm drawn to anythign with her name in it pathetic yes but honest) but it seems pretty scary. How do you know they'll all cut their hair? You're talking as if it's inevitable. Not everyone has to cut heir hair, some people just don't like it. Some people love long hair, it's hard to get sick of as there's so much you can do with it, although I suppose cutting it is one of them. The way you talk of it sounds like they're being assimiliated into some cult.
Like if I said... right these 3 short hair girls, they're going to grow their hair out long, I have no proof but I know they are *winks*.
I just tought, here are three really cute young stars who have played young roles, and all three are in transition - Katie off Dawsons, Amanda off Nick, and Michelle off Buffy. I thought it might signal a change - I'm also a fan of all three. Just a topic for discussion, nothing cultish. sorry.

I thought her hair looked a few inches shorter. Still very long pretty and healthy. If you have it long wearing it like Amanda is a good way to go. Its not excessively long, its not over highlighted like Katies, and is neatly trimed to keep the ends looking good. Keep up the good work Amanda, if your going to keep your hair long (which I believe she is for at least several years) keep it like it is now.
I like the way you put it, shorthair. She wears it long, trimmed and stylish, not just someone who grew it long and now it is just there. I'm a junior in high school and I say to girls sometimes, why are you growing it long? Just to grow it?
