My vote goes to Jon Bon Jovi. His hair always looks fab. Ah, yes. The only man to ever manage to carry off the poodle perm in the 80s.
I also loves Keanu Reeves' hair when it gets kinda longish and scruffy. Does anyone know if it's still naturally black or if he's dying it to cover grey?

It's so embarassing that I love men who are old enough to be my father. Oh well
