That's a "golden blonde" color. What color is your hair now? The cut looks simple but it isn't. You would need to bring a photo of it to a good stylist.
Just take in pictures of what you want, and a good stylist should be able to work from that. They might try to talk you down from going too light with your hair, though, because of the amount of damage it could cause.
print the picture and tell the stylist this is the look you want. He/she may advise about the colour..i.e...going lighter gradually or perhaps keeping it dark with some hilites.

I saw this color on someone and liked it so much I had to ask her about it. She said it was a honey blonde base with copper highlights and light blonde highlights (which were mainly around the face). No, it is not what Dido has but was the prettiest color I have ever seen.
