short wavy hair

I have really short wavy hair. Wash and wear type, but to keep it from curling up, I have been using Dep's straight cream gel which I simply loved as I did not do anything but put the product in and leave to air dry. My hair was left feeling soft and without flakes and frizz. Now Dep straight cream gel has been discontinued. I have tried various other straightening balms, and gels but they leave my hair stiff, with dusty white fuzz. I am using at present simply straight by marc anthony but I get the stiffness and dull white fuzz once my hair is air dried completely. Does anyone have in their collection of unused or once tried hair care products that did not work "Dep straighten cream gel" I am willing to pay for it or trade my "simply straight" which has only been used a few times and is a 8.3 oz tube.
