Hello I would like to ask for a professional answer about my hair cut. Actually before two mounts i was with short hair, now i decide to have long hair (i just want to try something new). But I don`t know what hair cut will be the best for me?! So, can someone told me some hair cuts for me? Of course I will send and a picture to some mail if you give me.

Thank you very much!

Hi Kosa & welcome to HairBoutique.com.

If your goal is to grow your hair long, the best thing to do is go see your hairdresser and ask for a good bob where all of your strands are the same length.  This will make the growing out period easier since you won't be worrying about dealing with different layers.  While shages are really awesome for some, it can be more challenging when growing out to one longer length.

Keep in mind that trying to help someone select a great haircut via email is very difficult.  The best plan, when trying to select a great style, is to go through magazines and look at images of styles that you love.  Then make an appointment with your hairdresser and take the photos.  Hairdressers are very visual and understand a potential hairstyle concept best when they can look at images and examples.

Then discuss with your hairdresser which look would work best for your face shape, type of hair, texture and which would be easiest to grow out into a full even length.

If you are unsure, ask your hairdresser to just give you a general trim and give you some time to consider your options.

Good luck to you.

Best wishes,
Karen Shelton

Thank you very much for the information! I really appreciate that.

I was looking in the internet for different kinds of haircuts, but no results. No pictures.

Do you know some sites for haircuts, for example? Good sites with a lot of pics?

Thank you very much again  :)

HairBoutique.com has a very large gallery of images that is free.  You can start there.

http://gallery.hairboutique.com/default.asp

The gallery allows you to select by types of photos you wish to see.

I also like this German gallery for hairstyles for men:

http://www.friseur.com/trends/index.htm

Those are good starting points anyway.

Best wishes,
Karen
